This package begins 60 days prior to your wedding with your designated lead planner. This package focuses on the tactical execution of your celebration: creating a solid foundation for an enjoyable event. It is an ideal package for the couple who is on top of it, has handled booking vendors + locking down decor elements, but understands the necessity in handing off the reigns. This service, allows you to have peace of mind, hit the dance floor and enjoy that glass of refreshing bubbly. Your earned it, my dear!
From the day you sign, you will be introduced to your planner and you will have your first meeting together! You will continue with email correspondence with your wedding planner three months out.
Month of Your Wedding
Initial timeline meeting with your wedding planner
Develop a thorough, detailed timeline of the entire day
Assistance creating an 'essential shot list' for your photographer (as requested)
Week of Your Wedding
Final timeline meeting with your planner - review every detail carefully & precisely
All emails / calls placed to each hired vendor to confirm details, timeline and contracts
Distribution of timeline to all appropriate people
Attendance and coordination of vendors at wedding rehearsal
Day of Your Wedding
Work with venue + vendors to ensure your big day is professionally and expertly executed (up to 10 hours)

This package begins 6 months prior to your wedding with the owner, Ashton. She will begin by getting to know who you are, tracking your budget, building the dream team of final vendors and piecing together all the design details. From the welcome signage to the styling of your place settings, every element of your wedding day should tell your love story.
Day you sign, you will be introduced to Ashton and you will have your first meeting together! You will continue with monthly email correspondence. This package includes an additional 10 hours.

Full Service Planning is for the couple who wants to walk side-by-side a wedding professional and a friend throughout the entire planning process. Ashton will be with you from venue scouting to vendor curation; from tastings to styling settings and everything in between. She is ready to do it all!
Day you sign, you receive unlimited email correspondence with the owner and your lead planner, Ashton. Personalized vendor recommendations based on your wedding location and needs.
